Accommodation
The property is comprised of a small number of villas — including several “Superior One-Bedroom Villas” and “Deluxe 1- and 2-Bedroom Villas.” Each villa is well-equipped and designed for comfort and convenience
It’s built to give a relaxed, comfortable stay — not a high-luxury resort. It’s a place where people appreciate the “home-away-from-home” style, especially if they want flexibility (cook for themselves, come and go, self-drive around the island).
Options exist for 1-bedroom villas (good for couples) or larger 2-bedroom villas (suitable for families or groups).
We have both private and shared BBQ facilities — great for relaxed island meals outdoors.
Location & History
Broad Leaf Villas sits in a lush, tropical-garden setting in Watermill Valley — giving a leafy, tranquil feel even though it’s close to the island’s main town center.
It’s just a short walk or a very short drive (a couple of minutes) to the island’s town center area (shops, cafes, eateries, services) — so you get a mix of peaceful seclusion and convenience.
The villa complex is locally owned and operated, giving the stay a personal, “locals’ welcome” vibe. The owners are descendants of early island settlers (linked to the historical heritage of the island).
